What’s this Health Coaching thing?

Health Coaching is THE BEST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD!! There’s some pretty stiff competition too! I used to deliver babies, and witnessing miracles every day is pretty damn amazing!

Now, I get to help people realize how miraculous THEY can be!

We all have the ability to perform our own miracles, we just have to trust ourselves enough to follow through on that intuition. So many of us don’t follow through, it seems too hard, or unrealistic, but it’s not… That’s why we need coaches.

Coaches help keep us going when we can’t see the finish line. Coaches help us focus on the goal and not the hurdles that stand in our way. Coaches help us find the part of ourselves that knows we CAN be anything we choose to be.

I’m learning how to trust those intuitive feelings that lead to my own miracles and I want to help others feel that same energy and empowerment within them too!

What do I do as a Coach?

I spend most of my days reaching out to others and chatting about health and wellness. I also read a lot about health and wellness, that part really helps me and family, and it’s great info to share with others. The more people I help, the better I feel!

I organize virtual support and accountability groups for fitness and nutrition. I get my workout in on a regular basis and try my best to keep my nutrition in check. While I’m doing all that I’m actually just taking care of me! That’s my job!

Oh, and I get to travel more than I ever did as a nurse. Pretty cool job!

I try to lead by example. I do my best to practice a holistic lifestyle but also say “we don’t live in a bubble” which is why health and wellness is important. I share what I do with others in hopes to inspire and motivate. Sharing what I do helps other people realize that I’m no different than they are, I struggle, I just make a choice, a choice to be mindful about my health every day.

The best part about being a coach —> it’s my job to make sure I fit in taking care of me everyday. Pretty cool. I always said I needed that kind of job!

We all have challenges, some are the same and some are different, but what we all have in common is trying to navigate those challenges. That’s where health coaches come in. I help you find the solutions. I don’t have all the answers, but together, we can figure it out. And, it feels so good when we do!!

It’s so easy to give up on ourselves, but when we have someone to help hold us accountable, we usually up our game a bit. That’s what I help my clients do, up their game so they can feel empowered to take control of their health.

We all get by with a little help from our friends, right?

How I started coaching

I didn’t decide to be a coach on a whim. I thought about it for almost 2 years (actually wish I’d jumped a little sooner). My cousin is a top coach, she’s been with the company for 5 years and I’ve been with the company 3. I watched her help herself, I watched her enjoy this amazing coach life of community and wellness, I watched her build a beautiful life. I want the same, so I started coaching too. It has changed my life. I love it. It fills my cup.

Coaching helps me take care of me, and that matters the most. I still have this desire to help others take care of themselves too, so coaching is the perfect job for me! I take care of me. I take care of my family. I take care of my clients. I make the world a better place. It’s groovy!

I am surrounded by positive people. I am able to focus on the goodness in the world and bringing even more goodness into the world. I can focus on empowering people to overcome health issues and personal struggles. It’s a great feeling.

A lot of people ask how I earn money as a coach.

I’m happy to discuss the taboo topic of money. All things in this world involve money, it’s a tool, a commodity. Money helps us support our family’s needs, it helps us enjoy nice things. The world revolves around money, everything is bought and sold. The products I use and share are no different. When you buy products from my company, I earn a commission, so thanks!

I have fitness and nutrition tools that I share with my clients. I have researched these products extensively and use them daily.  I use these tools in my accountability groups to help my clients reach their goals. I use an online workout website with hundreds of workouts. I have multiple nutrition products and nutrition programs. Coaches pull all these resources together to guide, support and motivate others to set and meet their personal health goals.

What a powerful Trifecta! Fitness. Nutrition. Coaches. Success.

I heard that people that work with a coach are 7 times more likely to meet their goals than those that work alone.

The world needs more health coaches.

There is an epidemic of chronic illness, and health coaches can change the future for so many people. It’s like being a nurse with different tools, and anybody can do it!

I can’t wait to help you learn more about sharing health and wellness! It’s amazing and empowering AF!!!

I’m always looking for more coaches to join my team. It’s not hard, but it does take commitment. A commitment to grow, not only a business but growing inside. I’ve grown so much in the past 2 years, and I can only credit coaching for that.

Coaching helped me build myself back up when I life had knocked me down. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and what it’s given my family. It’s given us each other, we were broken before, and now we are healing.

What a job, and I get to wake up and do it every single day.

If you’d like to chat about joining my team as a coach, or just starting as a client, please reach out. You can fill out this form and then we can set up a date to start changing your life!!

I learned what the secrets were to feeling better, and when I starting healing, I started being the person I always knew was inside. I owe my coach for so much of the growth I’ve done over the past 2 years. I don’t know where I’d be without her!
