During the months of October, November, and December, I’m going to prioritize me, and I’m inviting you to join me.

Recently, I’ve been starting my day with some sort of positive motivation. I started sharing those positive morning moments with my clients and they are starting to reap the rewards too. Now I’m opening up this same opportunity to you!

Join me for a virtual group that will help us make new habits and develop routines that help us be more productive, happier, and healthier. Let’s start 2019 with nutrition and fitness habits already in place! Why do we always wait for a new year? Instead, let’s prep and enjoy the feeling of starting the next year stronger than ever!!

What benefits do you get in Feed Your Spirit?

~A daily morning motivation will be sent to your phone via phone app 5-7 days a week. No getting caught up scrolling social media when you check in, just good vibes to start your morning!

~Lots and lots of holistic nutrition information. You will learn what foods fuel for your body best and which foods slow you down. I highly encourage those that join to use the 2B Mindset Nutrition Program.

~We will be using Shakeology for the health benefits. Some of these health benefits include lowering cholesterol and hemoglobin A1c (confirmed by clinical trials), decreasing inflammation through the holistic health benefits of adaptogenic herbs, and helping add some of the missing nutrition that the Standard American Diet just doesn’t offer. Shakeology is a recommended but not required part of this commitment; those that use Shakeology do see added benefits to their health and energy level, even their sleep. ~Every couple of weeks we will have a new mini-challenge for fitness. The goal will be to workout and be active 4 times a week. This allows for life to happen. We will be using workouts from Beachbody On Demand, but you are welcome to do other workouts if you prefer.

~There will be monthly (sometimes twice monthly) in-person meeting groups for those that are local. *Fees apply; $5-10, depending on which programs you are utilizing.

~I will be offering weekly online video meeting calls for those that can’t make the in-person meetings or even if you can and want extra support. These calls will be limited to 5-8 people at a time. *Fees apply; $5-10, depending on which programs you are utilizing.

~I will also be offering 1:1 consults for those needing additional help. These can be conducted in person, via online meeting, or phone call. These consults will have a small fee depending on the depth and length of the conversation ($15-25).

**Medical advice cannot be given during these meetings but I can help you navigate any medical challenges and share resources that will help you.

How can you qualify for a spot in the Feed Your Spirit group?

First, reach out and let me know you’re interested. Anyone that is interested in learning more about holistic nutrition and learning to eat for their individual body is welcome to join.

You will need to have one of the following to qualify for Feed Your Spirit:

  • 2B Mindset Nutrition Plan
  • Beachbody On Demand
  • Shakeology Home Direct

If you have either of these, I just need to add you to our group! If you need one or all of them, we can chat and I can get you started with what will work best for you. We are all different and we all have our own journey.

Most of us need to focus on nutrition. I find that many people don’t eat enough and need more nourishment to boost their immune system and give them more energy. I will be focusing on FEEDING your spirit in more ways than one.

Many people aren’t ready for fitness when they first start their holistic nutrition journey. If the fitness challenges aren’t for you right now, that’s fine, we will focus on nourishing your body and spirit so that you feel energetic enough and strong enough to enjoy being active. Life is active, don’t watch from the sidelines.

This group will be ongoing through October, November, and December of 2018, you can join us anytime. The more time you spend taking care to FEED YOUR SPIRIT, the healthier, happier and more productive you will be. I promise. I’ve seen it happen over and over again. So, please, don’t wait, join us.
